The Hospital

You are a YouTuber going through different haunted places. In this game, you are going through a relatively new hospital that has never opened for a strange reason. While maybe not haunted, you think that your fanbase will enjoy this. As you explore the hospital, the elevator you are taking stops working. This is when you realize things are very wrong as the doors do not open for you. After what feels like an eternity of being lost, a voice in your head starts talking. You will find out that this hospital is a front for some covert military experiments. They have been trying to make psychic people by drugging them. When one of them almost escaped, it caused enough chaos that the hospital could not open. Now you are trapped in here with someone in your head begging for you to save them.

The game has double-ending.

Concepts

The scene that we will be focusing on is the start scene of the game. The player will be playing a YouTuber, and the game will start with a cutscene introducing why the YouTuber is here and how he came to this hospital. The protagonist will see that they are locked in the hospital. There are two paths from reception, a good and bad hallway. The good one is clean and nice but there are doors that are locked by a keycard. The bad hallway has scratches, and blood and leads to the basement. It also has a gas canister which is leaking something. If you go down there, you will get lost and show up back at the start. 

After inhaling enough of the gas, a psychic in the basement will be able to communicate with you. They will tell you the combination in the file cabinet under the reception desk. There will be documents, a key for the basement, and a keycard to go through the good hallway. You will have a choice, go save the patients in the basement, or just try to escape. If you try to escape, the voice will call out to you to come back, allowing you to change your choice. But if you go through those doors, you are leaving those people.
